It is adopted the mechanical and electronic digital integration design. The main function is realized the digital control, which has the function of automation, intellectualization and informatization. The mature advanced technology both abroad and home is used in structure design of all parts of drilling rig with reliable and economic operation, easy transport, which is meet the requirement of HSE.
The electric drive adopts the vector VF drive system. The main electrical equipment and top drive VFD system are arranged into VFD room. In addition, the electrical control system of the mud pump sets can be upgraded to the requirement of 3 sets 2200 HP mud pump sets.
The driller can handle the main operation of drilling rig in mating integration driller’s control room with real time display of parameter, data save, printing and management function. Moreover, the top drive operation can be handled on the touch screen of the seat by driller.
